These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Serenity Acres, Paparazzi Jewelry with Tami Burge accessible at www.markandtamiburge.com.
These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.
Purchases and Payments
Serenity Acres LLC, as Paparazzi Jewelry with Tami Burge, has Facebook LIVEs scheduled weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 7PM PST. There may be additional unscheduled LIVEs on the other days. Invoices for the week will be sent out after the LIVE on Friday night. Payment is expected by Saturday at midnight so that shipments may be processed Sunday and be sent out Monday morning. We thank everyone who pays on time as always! We appreciate all of you taking the time to do that. We work hard to get packages out in a timely manner, especially with all the delays and we need orders paid on time so we can do that.
All invoices will be charged $5.00 for shipping (barring any other promotions). This flat rate will cover shipping to anywhere in the US. We do NOT sell/ship outside of the US.
Serenity Acres Sparkle Website Operations
The Serenity Acres Sparkle Website (https://serenityacressparkle.com) is more of an autonomous shopping experience where you browse through items at your leisure with more items being added all the time. The website does not contain our entire inventory, so if there is something specific you are looking for, contact us. There is a shopping cart where you place items you are interested in purchasing; however, the cart does expire after a few days. From the shopping cart you may checkout and finalize your purchase.
While we use PayPal to process our transactions, you do not need a PayPal account. Look for the Pay with Credit/Debit options during checkout. We do not have access to any of your payment information.
If you do need assistance, you may contact us via Facebook Messenger. It is the pink messenger icon hovering at the bottom left of the page. While we try to answer promptly, there are only two of us and we do occasionally sleep. So if you do not see a response please leave contact information. Email is also available in the menu bar but may be slower to get a response.
Once the transaction is completed and payment is made we will be notified of your order. Items will be shipped in one to two business days through the USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information is you provided a valid working email.
Facebook Operations
Serenity Acres LLC operations on Facebook have multiple ways to find and purchase jewelry. They are accessed via our business page or the VIP group. The business page is available to the public, but the VIP group is private, and members of the group must be requested and approved. Approval is at the discretion of Serenity Acres LLC, and membership is a privilege, not a right.
The main Facebook operation is the LIVE broadcasts. Serenity Acres LLC, as Paparazzi Jewelry with Tami Burge, has Facebook LIVEs scheduled weekly on Tuesdays, and Fridays at 5PM Pacific time zone (6PM Mountain/7PM Central/8PM Eastern). This schedule is subject to change, there is a weekly schedule posted to our Facebook business page. There may be additional unscheduled LIVEs on the other days and times.
Invoices for the week will be sent out after the LIVE on Friday night. Payment is expected by Saturday night at midnight so that shipments may be processed Sunday and be sent out Monday. First time buyers must supply a working email address by the end of the Friday LIVE. Email is used for invoicing and failure to supply a working email address will result in cancellation of your order. We thank everyone who pays on time as always! We appreciate all of you taking the time to do that. We work hard to get packages out in a timely manner, especially with all the delays and we need orders paid on time so we can do that.
Promotional items will be shipped with purchased items. If you win something but have not made a purchase, you will be required to pay $5 for shipping and handling. If payment is not received by Sunday and no other contact or arrangements made, all promotional items will be forfeited. This includes but is not limited to wheel spin promotions and free items from drawings and contests.
For new/infrequent customers, we have a one strike policy when it comes to non-payment with no response to our communication attempts. We don’t appreciate being “ghosted” and left unread. If time is needed for payment, contact us immediately and we will investigate making arrangements with you for completing the transaction. If you do not pay (cancel) an invoice, any winnings from the week will be forfeited. Anyone with a cancelled invoice will also be removed from our first dibs group on Facebook (Serenity Acres Sparkle VIP Group) and ALL their claims will be cancelled. If you win something from us but have not made a purchase, you will be expected to pay the $5 shipping to receive your item.
We have a two strike program in place for those who are established customers and communicate with us regularly.
Serenity Acres LLC does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Serenity Acres LLC website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Serenity Acres LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use our website services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Electronic Communications
When you use the Serenity Acres LLC website, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, You may retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Serenity Acres LLC does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Serenity Acres LLC does not take title to the refunded item.
