Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final once payment is received. We do not accept returns. However, if an item is missing or received damaged please contact us immediately.

Our refund missing/damaged item policy lasts 10 days from the billing date. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require you to contact us immediately and supply a picture of the damaged item(s).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your missing/damaged item is validated, we will send you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped out within 5 business days. Most will arrive by USPS and delivery may take up to 5 days after shipped.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@serenityacressparkle.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/free items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges.
